Organisation :

Le Centre pour les Victimes de la Torture (CVT) œuvre pour un avenir où la torture cessera d'exister et où les victimes auront l'espoir d'une nouvelle vie. Nous sommes une organisation internationale à but non lucratif qui se consacre à la guérison des survivants de la torture. Nous offrons des services de réadaptation aux personnes qui ont été torturées, nous formons des partenaires dans le monde entier qui peuvent prévenir et traiter la torture, et nous défendons les droits de l'homme et plaidons pour une fin a la torture. Notre siège se trouve dans le Minnesota, et nous avons des bureaux aux États-Unis en Géorgie et à Washington, ainsi que des bureaux en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient.

Responsabilités :

Documentation clinique : Soutenir le développement de la documentation clinique qui soutient les pratiques cliniques éthiques et répond aux meilleures pratiques cliniques.
Supervision clinique : Soutenir l'organisation partenaire dans le développement d'une structure et d'une approche de supervision.
Formation au renforcement des capacités : Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation au renforcement des capacités pour le personnel des programmes de SMSPS, y compris des sessions de formation formelles. Évaluer en permanence le développement des prestataires de services de SMSPS et adapter la formation pour répondre à leurs besoins.
Rapports : Rédiger et soumettre des rapports réguliers concernant les activités cliniques et de formation.
Autres tâches : Participer à d'autres activités, réunions et formations liées au programme et à l'ensemble de l'organisation. S'acquitter de responsabilités administratives telles que les rapports de dépenses. Collecter,analyser et partager les informations pertinentes en lien avec la SMSPS en fonction des besoins identifies. Contribuer dans la mise en oeuvre des activités planifiés dans la cadre du projet conjoint avec la, CVT Alimenter la réflexion sur la stratégie et les positionnements du secteur Santé Mentale soutien psychosocial (MHPSS). Effectuer d'autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

Qualifications :

Formation, expérience, certificats, ou licences requis

Diplôme universitaire avancé (niveau master ou supérieur) en psychiatrie ou psychologie clinique
10 ans d'expérience dans la fourniture de services de santé mentale et de soutien psychosocial à divers groupes cibles, notamment les survivants de la torture et des traumatismes, les adultes, les familles et les adolescents.
8 ans d'expérience dans l'organisation de formations sur des sujets liés à la SMSPS à l'intention de participants ayant des antécédents professionnels et des connaissances différents
Expérience de la collaboration avec des ONG locales et de la négociation de relations multiples au sein des organisations et entre elles
6 ans d'expérience dans la rédaction de documents sur la SMSPS (tels que des lignes directrices, des manuels, des approches unifiées, etc.)
Expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans le contexte d’urgence humanitaire
Connaissance des interventions psychologiques visant à traiter les traumatismes chez les individus et les familles
6 ans d’expérience en management et supervision d’équipe sur la santé mentale et le soutien psychosocial
Expérience de l'évaluation des besoins, de l'élaboration et de l'évaluation de programmes et de l'établissement de rapports

Formation, expérience, certificats, ou licences ou enregistrements souhaitables

12 ans d'expérience dans la prestation de services de santé mentale et de soutien psychosocial

عن المشروع:

يهدف مشروع "مساعدة الناجين على الشفاء" الى تطوير القدرات التي من شأنها أن تدعم آلية عمل الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي لـ 12 منظمة لتأهيل ضحايا التعذيب حول العالم من خلال تقديم منح فرعية ومساعدة فنية.

نبذة عن المنظمة:

يعمل مركز ضحايا التعذيب نحو مستقبل خالٍ من التعذيب ورسم درب لحياةٍ جديدةٍ للناجين منه. نحن منظمة دوليّة غير ربحية مُكرّسة لمساعدة شفاء الناجين من التعذيب. نقدم خدمات التأهيل لمن تعرضوا للتعذيب، ونقوم بتدريب شركاء القادرين على منع وعلاج التعذيب حول العالم، نعمل على الذود عن حقوق الإنسان ووضع نهاية لممارسات التعذيب. مقرنا الرئيسي في ولاية مينيسوتا، ولدينا مكاتب في جورجيا وواشنطن العاصمة بالولايات المتحدة، بالإضافة إلى مكاتبنا في أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات:

التوثيق الاكلينيكي: دعم تطوير التوثيق الاكلينيكي الذي يدعم الممارسات الاكلينيكية الأخلاقية ويتوافق مع الممارسات الاكلينيكية الفُضلى.
الإشراف الاكلينيكي: دعم المنظمة الشريكة في تطوير هيكل ونهج خاص للإشراف.
بناء القدرات: تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية لبناء القدرات لطاقم برنامج الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي بما في ذلك جلسات التدريب الرسمية والدعم الفني المتعلق بالتنفيذ والإشراف. تقييم مستمر لتطور مقدمي خدمات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي وتكييف التدريب لتلبية احتياجاتهم.
إعداد التقارير: إعداد وتقديم تقارير دوريّة حول الأنشطة الاكلينيكية والتدريبية.

الدرجة الاكاديمية المطلوبة، الخبرة، الشهادات، الرُّخص أو الأوراق الرسمية المُسجّلة حسب الأصول:

الدرجة الأكاديمية: (درجة الماجستيرأو الدكتوراه أو ما يعادلها) في علم النفس الاكلينيكي أو الطب النفسي.
الخبرة: 10 سنوات من الخبرة في تقديم خدمات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي لمجموعة متنوعة من الفئات المستهدفة بما في ذلك ناجون من التعذيب والصدمات، البالغين، العائلات، والمراهقين.
8 سنوات من الخبرة في تنظيم التدريب على مواضيع ذات صلة بالدعم النفسي والاجتماعي لمشاركين ذوي خلفيات مهنية ومعرفية مختلفة.

خبرة في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية والقدرة على التفاوض لخلق علاقات متعددة داخل وبين المنظمات.

Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Specialist (MHPSS)- Tunisia

The Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Specialist will provide technical support to develop and strengthen the quality of mental health and psychosocial support services provided by a national NGO to survivors of human rights violations (including torture) and victims of community violence. The MHPSS Specialist’s primary function will be to build the capacity of the center to better meet the MHPSS needs of its beneficiaries. Activities include assessment, development and implementation of capacity building training, capacity building in clinical supervision, design and implementation of clinical interventions, supporting workforce development, program evaluation and community collaboration.

This position focuses on developing the MHPSS program and training and building the capacity of MHPSS staff to deliver clinical services. It does not provide direct services to beneficiaries.

About the Project:

Helping Survivors Heal is a capacity development project which supports the mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) work of 12 torture rehabilitation organizations around the world by providing subgrants and technical assistance.

Organization:

The Center for Victims of Torture works toward a future in which torture ceases to exist and its victims have hope for a new life. We are an international nonprofit dedicated to healing survivors of torture. We offer rehabilitation services to those who have been tortured, train partners around the world who can prevent and treat torture, and advocate for human rights and an end to torture. We are headquartered in Minnesota, and we have US offices in Georgia and DC, as well as offices in Africa and the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Documentation: Support the development of clinical documentation that support ethical clinical practices and meet clinical best practices.
Clinical Supervision: Support the partner organization with developing a supervision structure and approach.
Capacity Building Training: Design and carry out capacity building training programs for program MHPSS staff, including formal training sessions, technical support related to implementation and supervision. Continually assess development of MHPSS providers and adapt training to meet their needs.
Reporting: Write and submit regular reports regarding clinical and training activities.
Other Duties: Participate in other program and organization-wide activities, meetings and training. Carry out administrative responsibilities such as expense reports. Collect, analyze and share relevant MHPSS information as required. Contribute to the implementation of activities planned within the framework of the joint project with CVT/HSH. Contribute to the reflection on the strategy and positioning of the mental health and psychosocial support sector. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required education, experience, certificates, licenses or registrations

Advanced degree (Master’s degree, PhD or equivalent) in clinical psychology or psychiatry
10 years of experience providing mental health/psychosocial support services to a variety of target groups including torture and trauma survivors, adults, families, and adolescents
8 years' experience in organizing training on MHPSS-related topics for participants with different professional backgrounds and knowledge
Experience of working with local NGOs and negotiating multiple relationships within and between organizations
6 years' experience in drafting MHPSS documents (such as guidelines, manuals, unified approaches, etc.)
At least 3 years' experience in a humanitarian emergency context
Knowledge of psychological interventions to treat trauma in individuals and families
6 years' experience in management and supervision of mental health and psychosocial support teams
Experience in needs assessment, program development, evaluation and reporting

Preferred education, experience, certificates, licenses or registrations

12 years of experience providing mental health/psychosocial support services.
10 years of experience supervising MHPSS practitioners
Good knowledge of social work or related field
Work/life experience in Tunisia
